We have experienced a brief power outage in our Docklands datacentre. This affected two floors of the facility, including our racks and we have since been able to restore all services.
Problems of this nature are very rare and should not be possible due to the multiple redundant systems in place. However, we are working with our supplier to understand the reason for the failure and the mitigation going forwards.
