UPDATE: Our upstream network provider has confirmed an core router failure was the cause of the network outage. They have migrated all traffic to other routers in the network and expect no further issues. A full investigation into the root cause and reasons for backup systems not taking over automatically will be produced by the supplier and reviewed by our engineers as part of our review process.
UPDATE: As of 16:25 the data centre issue has been resolved with all services returned to normal operation.
As of approximately 4pm we are experiencing some issues within one of our data centres.
A number of sites are not available or very slow to load.
The Technical team are investigating and we will update this portal once the issues have been resolved.
