Support levels over the Christmas & New Year break

Please be aware that our offices will be closed from 5:30pm on Friday 21 December and will reopen again at 9am on Wednesday 2 January 2013.

All critical systems will continue to be monitored 24/7 by our engineers throughout the festive period. Should you have any specific service-affecting support issues that require our urgent attention, please submit a ticket as usual - these will be picked up and actioned daily. Requests for regular changes and updates will be held until the new year.
