At the point of restart your website will become unavailable, however downtime is not expected to exceed 15 minutes, we will always strive to keep disruption to an absolute minimum. Unfortunately it is not possible to give an exact time for the reboot as the number of patches released varies significantly each month.

The Microsoft based servers will this month return to form and it appears that there are a total of seven updates across all products, there are also core OS updates for the majority of Linux based servers as well. Our web application framework gets some additional functionality to further improve caching and therefore performance in situations where a large number of databases updates are required, as well as a small bug fix to a recent additional payments processing option. Customers on the latest version of the CMS (v2.4) will receive some automatic updates to the latest version of the WYSIWYG editor, an update to improve Google indexing performance and a number of other small background updates to ease customer site development.
