Service disruption - Delay in submitting support tickets

We're experiencing some disruption with our ticketing system this morning, the provider (Zendesk) are having global database problems themselves and the knock on effect is that accessing existing tickets and submitting new ones via the portal or via email is currently difficult.

We're in touch with Zendesk and they're working on the issue and hope to have it fixed later today, in the meantime we're still available via the telephone to help as usual - +44 (0)8444 176 095
